Mr. Smith engaged the audience with a welcoming warmth
and eager to discuss his first novel
Forty Acres
but did not reveal any
spoilers by reading from the book.
The attentive listeners were just as eager to ask questions
regarding his background in the field of writing
which Dwayne Smith enlightened us about
his original goals of becoming an Electrical Engineer
through a college scholarship he received
(the smartest guy in his class).
I will not speak any further about
the book signing
as I do not want to spoil the wonderful discussion
