THE PRESENCE by Alec Rowlands

Alec Rowlands shares experiences with the presence of God and the Holy Spirit within his life and how it assisted in making life-changing decisions. He explains that Christians often accept Jesus as their Savior but their spiritual journey is left on the side of the road never nurtured or seeking understanding of its full potential.

Mr. Rowlands gives an in depth look at personal encounters during his life with occurrences that changed how he interacted with God and let the Holy Spirit within himself guide to the destined path of leading and encouraging others to do the same through spiritual revival. Reviving oneself includes reading and studying the word of God, researching the back-story of the Lord, and allowing the Holy Spirit to operate through you to serve in God’s glory.

The Presence is a good book to add as a reference guide to bible studies in individual and group settings. The personal stories were enjoyable and interesting but condensing some of the stories with more concentration on reviving the Christian spirit would lead to a better study guide.

I received this book free from the Tyndale Blog Network in exchange for an honest opinion in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission Guidelines.
